Who is responsible

The controller of any personal data collected through this website is Metricsx d.o.o., [registered address], Slovenia [company registration number]. You can reach us about data protection at info@metricsx.com.

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form:

We collect nothing else. There is no analytics, no tracking, no profiling, and no automated decision-making on this site. See the cookies policy for what the site stores in your browser.

Why we process it, and on what basis

We use these details for one purpose: to answer your enquiry and, where it leads somewhere, to discuss working together. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request before entering a contract) and, where your message is a general business enquiry rather than a contractual step, Article 6(1)(f) — our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.

We do not use your details for marketing unless you separately ask us to, and we never sell or share them for anyone else's marketing.

Who else sees it

Form submissions are delivered to us by Web3Forms, which acts as our processor for that delivery, and then by our email provider. Neither uses your data for their own purposes. We do not transfer your data outside these processors.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for [retention period], after which it is deleted. If an enquiry becomes a commercial relationship, the related records are retained for as long as Slovenian accounting and tax law requires.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or provide it in a portable form. Where we rely on legitimate interest, you may object to the processing. Write to info@metricsx.com and we will respond within one month.

If you believe we have handled your data improperly, you may lodge a complaint with the Slovenian supervisory authority, the Informacijski pooblaščenec (Information Commissioner), Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana — www.ip-rs.si.
